My wife and I asked Divya to redesign our ensuite bathroom. We were thrilled with the result. She met with us to find out what each of us liked and what we wanted to see in the bathroom. Following that she came up with three designs (both plans and 3d renderings) for us to choose from. Her designs were spectacular. Once we had made our selection, Divya sourced and ordered all of the supplies for the renovation (everything fitting within our tight timelines). My contractor appreciated that the design drawings were concise and detailed. The illustrated list of items was also very useful. At all times Divya was easy to reach by text or email and she was always willing to help during the construction process. We would highly recommend Divya for any design work.

We hired Divya to help us redesign our kitchen which was in great need of a full gut. Our initial thought was to stay in the same footprint as the existing kitchen. Divya met was us to determine what we wanted in our new kitchen and to establish our budget for the project.

Divya presented two design ideas to us. The first accommodated our wish to stay in the same footprint, the second option used part of the dining room adjacent to the kitchen, without removing any walls. We immediately saw the value of the second option as it met the majority of our requirements.

A week or two later my wife came up with an additional idea for keeping us within the same footprint as the current kitchen. Divya listened to her idea and reviewed her rough drawing. Rather than dismissing the idea, Divya put the design into her layout planning software to illustrate her concerns with the idea. As well, Divya showed us a plan that would meet all the requirements we initially discussed, as well as the new ideas we had brought to her. This was the ideal kitchen for us and met 95% of our requirements by taking out the wall between the kitchen and dining room. This allowed us to expand the kitchen and get the space and storage we were truly looking for.

Divya was a pleasure to deal with. She never dismissed any idea we brought up but would talk through it with us and incorporated our thoughts into her plans if they made sense for the space. We enjoyed working with Divya and will highly recommend her for any design project.
