Schedule an Introductory Call

Each project starts with an Initial phone call . On this call, we discuss your project, your vision and ideas for your space, how you would like your home to feel , project timeline and we will go over our design process to determine if it is what you are looking for. 

During our Initial phone call if you would like to proceed, we then would book a Complimentary in-home consultation at a time that works for all deciding members of the household. 

We recommend all deciding members be involved from the beginning so that everyone’s tastes and needs are discussed at the same time. Your only homework before any meetings is to have an idea of what you would like to invest at the time for design solutions. We look forward to getting to know you as much as you want to get to know us!

Consultation

At the Complimentary in-home consultation, we will do a tour of your home to get to know you and how you would like your home to feel and function. We will discuss your wish list, style and your budget and determine the scope of work you would like our help with.  This appointment typically lasts about an hour at your home or business. Larger projects may require longer.

 Once the scope of work is confirmed, a flat rate design service fee will be quoted. If you decide to work together, we will take photos and video, and measure the space. If there are multiple areas to be measured, we may return another day.

If renovating, we will then book a site visit with our trusted trades, and we’ll take measurements to prepare for the design phase. 

Design & Presentation Phase

During the design phase, your designer will prepare floor plans, renderings , gather samples and quotes to present to you in the comfort of your own home. Product availability is confirmed with suppliers and a design presentation is created. The presentation appointment will be pre-booked with you.

At the presentation appointment, where all decision makers are present, we will go over the design plans, samples, and quotes with you. Together, we’ll discuss any adjustments necessary to the design plan.  Once a final plan is agreed upon, we’ll collect deposits and start placing orders. 

We stay in touch with you during the renovation and checking in on your orders. As your products are ordered from a wide range of vendors, items arrive individually and are stored together safely until everything arrives. We take care of accepting and inspecting everything. 

Reveal

If you are going through renovations, you will see the major work being done beforehand. If you are having paint and wallpaper installed, that may also happen earlier to avoid paint spills or glue on your new custom furniture. 

Your custom design is delivered and installed by our white glove delivery team and supervised by your designer. We handle every last detail. Sit back and relax as your space is transformed into your dream home!
